Qari Hijratullah Rahmani, district governor of Pacher Agam, says they prevented seven acres school land of being grabbed by the powerful figures.
According to Rahmani, land that was prevented of being grabbed was chosen for construction of a school, but some influential figures wanted to build houses on the land.
“Police demolished the illegal construction,” he added.
Rahmani says, five acres of land was chosen for a school and two acres for teachers training institute.
He warned the residents of Pacher Agam district to avoid grabbing government land, otherwise strict action will be taken against them.
